By Mark Ellis

Most people are aware of the role Planned Parenthood plays in providing abortion services and birth control. Fewer may be conscious of a more devious side to their business plan, which involves exposing young people to all forms of sexuality to increase profitability.

“They are a billion dollar organization predicated on getting young people addicted to sex,” charges Michael Hichborn, host of the American Life League Report. “Planned Parenthood is all about the perversion of sex so they can drum up their own business.”

An abortion in Rembrandt’s studio

By Mark Ellis

Rembrandt self-portrait

Rembrandt self-portrait

Theologian R.C. Sproul maintains that the reason life in the womb is so valuable – why there is dignity assigned to every human being – is that we are made in God’s image. His imprint gives life its dignity.

When God prints his image on a human creature, that image is precious and sacred. It is almost like a tiny self-portrait He is painting in the womb. When someone willfully assaults that sacred space, while God is fashioning together human life, He considers it an assault upon Himself and His creative prerogative.

Baby ‘Nevaeh’ (heaven spelled backward) reaches from womb, grabs doctor’s finger

By Mark Ellis

Baby Nevaeh

Baby Nevaeh

The photo of an Arizona couple’s baby reaching from the womb during a C-section and grabbing the doctor’s finger has gone viral, according to a story by azfamily.com.

Perhaps it’s no coincidence the baby’s name is ‘Nevaeh’ – Heaven spelled backward.  Several staff at the hospital  told her parents there’s something almost spiritual about the photo of Nevaeh holding the doctor’s finger immediately before her birth.

Tiananmen Square leader found Jesus, works against forced abortion in China

By Mark Ellis

Chai Ling was known as the general commander in the student-led protests of 1989 against the established authorities in China. Now that she follows Jesus, she sees the protests in a different light, that the pro-democracy movement was really part of a spiritual awakening in China that is still unfolding. Chai Ling believes that Christianity is an essential pre-condition for democracy to flourish.

She has also been gripped by the plight of millions of girls killed due to China’s one-child policy and started an organization, All Girls Allowed,  to fight forced abortion and restore value to girls in that country.

Moment of recognition recorded on machine

Synagogue became an abortion clinic, but God had other plans

By Mark Ellis

The former synagogue at Ransom and Fountain

The stately building at the corner of Ransom and Fountain was originally built as a synagogue in 1881. Then the Greek Orthodox Church held services there for many years, followed by a variety of other uses, until the largest abortion provider in western Michigan settled in, killing 20,000 babies over a 10-year period.

“The building – originally created to be a church — was turned into an abortion facility,” says Kurt Dillinger, the founder and president of LIFE International, an organization that establishes life-giving ministries wherever abortion is provided around the world.

Forced Abortions Continue in China, despite reports to the contrary

“Reports that the Chinese Party-State has ended its practice of forcibly aborting women pregnant in violation of the one-child policy

Dead baby lies next to woman forcibly aborted in China

are premature,” says Steven Mosher, president of the Population Research Institute (PRI).

Mosher, who blew the whistle on forced abortions in China back in 1980, points out that “The Chinese Party-State has asserted for over three decades that the one-child policy is ‘entirely voluntary.’ But this assertion of ‘voluntarism’ is no more true now than it was when I saw women who were five, seven, and even nine months pregnant held down on the operating table and aborted. Women continue to be arrested, aborted, and sterilized against their will at this very moment.”

Pro-life activists confront abortionist

Abortion doctor Ashutosh Ron Virmani referred to the black children that he kills as “ugly black babies.” Excuse me? It’s all too obvious that he has a particular disgust for black babies and therefore has no problems killing them.”
