A French program to de-radicalize Muslims within the prison system has gone awry after one in the program attacked authorities and several others had to be transferred because they posed immediate threats.

ISIS ‘torture cells’ for women discovered

Rebel Syrian forces found a prison used by ISIS fighters to torture women, according to news agency Arab24.

The prison with 10 rooms was found in a Syrian city recently liberated from ISIS, Manbij.
